Temporary Employment (ANÜ)

You deploy, we employ. Fully compliant with the German AÜG, with transparent terms and rapid execution for long-term projects, peak loads, temp-to-perm, try & hire or interim coverage.

Direct Placement

We search, qualify, hand over. Employment directly between you and the candidate. We charge a one-time placement fee based on the target salary.

Work Contract

A clearly defined deliverable in our responsibility. You pay for an outcome, not for hours. Ideal for scoped projects with clean interface definitions.

Service Contract

You need expertise, we deliver it. With a service contract, what counts is the engaged work of our staff, flexibly adapted to your needs on an hourly basis.

What Clients Often Ask

How long does a first presentation take?

Typically between three and ten business days, depending on market availability and the role. For standard profiles, first proposals often arrive within 48 hours; for rare skills we plan realistically and communicate that upfront.

What is your placement fee?

For direct placement we charge a one-time, percentage-based fee on the agreed target salary of the candidate. We discuss terms individually and transparently, no hidden costs.

What happens if a placement does not work out?

For direct placement we offer a guarantee covering the delivery of a defined number of replacement profiles. For temporary employment, you can switch on short notice. We document the details contractually, fair and transparent.

Can you also deliver at higher volumes?

Yes. We handle mandates ranging from a single position to ramp-up phases with double-digit headcount. Talk to us. We will assess honestly whether we have the necessary capacity or not.

How do you protect candidate and client data?

We rely on a modern ATS solution (Talent360), clear GDPR processes, contractually defined data processing agreements and, on request, additional NDAs. All details available on request.
