Your Application Process in Four Steps

Clear, transparent, typically completed within two to six weeks, depending on the role and the speed of our clients.

  1. Getting to Know Each Other

    An initial call or in-person meeting. We get to know you, you get to know us. Non-binding, both ways.

  2. Match & Proposal

    We propose two or three concrete, fitting positions. You decide which ones you want to pursue.

  3. Client Introduction

    We prepare you for the process and collect feedback after every meeting, same day or next day.

  4. Contract & Onboarding

    On acceptance we negotiate with you or alongside you. We don't leave you alone in the first weeks either.

Which Model Suits You

Depending on your life situation, career stage and target company, there are different ways to work with AVONEL. We discuss this individually.

Temporary Employment (ANÜ)

You get your employment contract with AVONEL and work on-site at a jointly chosen client company. Fully AÜG-compliant, with all collectively-agreed benefits, often with a permanent transfer option.

Direct Placement

We bring you straight to the client company. The employment contract is signed directly between the two of you. Ideal if you want to join a company long-term without an interim step.

Freelancing

You work on a project basis as a freelancer. The project contract is with us, your work happens remote or on-site. Maximum freedom, maximum responsibility.

Work Contract

You get your employment contract with us and work directly at AVONEL on development projects we run for our clients. Exciting if you want variety and team integration.

What Applicants Often Ask

What does the placement cost me?

Nothing. We are paid exclusively by our client companies. For you as an applicant, the entire process is free of charge, from the first consultation through coaching to contract negotiation.

What happens after I apply?

We typically come back to you within one to two business days with an assessment. If your profile matches a current mandate, we set up a first conversation. Otherwise we add you (with your consent) to our pool for upcoming positions.

Will I be employed, and if so, where?

That depends on the model. In Temporary Employment (ANÜ) you are employed by AVONEL and work at the client. In direct placement you are employed directly by the client company. Under work contracts you are employed by us and work at AVONEL's headquarters.

Can I send a speculative application if no matching role is online?

Absolutely. Many of our mandates aren't public. We match your speculative application against current demand and respond with concrete feedback or an estimate of when we expect matching roles.

How long does an application process usually take?

From first conversation to signed contract typically two to six weeks, assuming everyone involved is available. We keep the process moving and escalate if anything takes longer than promised.
