Description
We are looking for you as a Senior 5G RF - Module Design Engineer (m/f/d/i) !
You are responsible for the design of RF power amplifier modules and application circuits for a wireless network environment. You will perform and develop full end-to-end and 3D - electromagnetic simulations of complex structures, based on customer specifications / requirements and module concepts. The design regarding RF - circuit and simulation of electrical, thermal and mechanical requirements will summarize your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering or physics with deep knowledge of RF circuit and module design
- 5+ years of professional experience in RF power amplifiers and RF module design
- Design experience in Doherty power amplifier would be desirable
- System understanding of 4G/5G RF - front ends and knowledge of wireless communication standards and requirements are required
- Excellent knowledge of using design tools such as, Cadence Virtuoso, ADS or HFSS
- Fluency in English is required
- German language skills are desirable
