Operative Buyer (m/f/d/i)

Description

We are looking for you as Operative Buyer (m/f/d/i) !

You are responsible for monitoring and requesting order confirmations, delivery dates and their prioritization. Furthermore, you are liable for the planning and implementation of logistics concepts including process optimizations for the optimal connection of suppliers with regard to the continuous improvement of the ability to deliver. Your tasks also include the implementation of operational procurement processes as well as the training of operational buyers in a national and international context. In addition, you always keep an eye on the control of complex supply chains and the realization of process optimizations. The transmission of the demand forecast to the suppliers as well as the implementation of the demand planning round off your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience or equivalent
• Confident handling of SAP and the MS Office package is required
• High degree of negotiation skills and the ability to deal with complex issues in a target group-oriented manner
• You have intercultural sensitivity, interdisciplinary experience and a strong team spirit
• Your personal skills include assertiveness, strong communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and always acting in a solution-oriented manner.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
