Description

We are looking for you as a Manager for Hazard Detection Systems and Security Technology (m/f/d/i) !

You are responsible for the realization of challenging projects in the field of hazard detection systems. As the central contact person for the customer, the operational management as well as for the performance and quality controlling, you manage the budget and the cost monitoring of all projects. You ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations that must be observed for the implementation of the planning. In addition, you will be in charge of the preparation and drafting of all planning documents, external tenders, awarding and acceptance procedures and the coordination of subcontractors. Finally, you are responsible for the compliance and proper execution of the respective project services.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical engineering or comparable
• Several years of experience in the planning of construction projects are desirable
• Very good knowledge in the field of hazard detection systems (BMA / ZuKo / EMA/ Video) is required
• Solid technical knowledge in the areas of HOAI, RIBA, SIA 
• Good knowledge within the corresponding legal guidelines in the course of VDE and DIN EN
• Good knowledge of construction processes and experience in CAD / BIM are desirable
• A customer- and solution-oriented work attitude is one of your strengths
•  Fluent German and good written and spoken English are required
