Description
We are looking for you as Business Manager / Senior Business Manager (f/m/d/i) !
As a Business Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the independent development and expansion of a/your business unit. You acquire new customers and projects, maintain customer relationships and take care of existing accounts as well as ongoing projects.
Recruiting applicants and future employees for your projects as well as conducting interviews are also part of your tasks. You are responsible for the personnel of your consultants. Accordingly, you are also responsible for their personal support and promotion. Contract negotiations with customers and the independent calculation of profit & loss for your unit round off your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in a technical or business area or comparable
- Alternatively you have experience in sales with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge in leading employees and working in project organizations is desirable
- You are characterized by initiative, assertiveness, determination and entrepreneurial thinking
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working are a must have
- Business fluent in German and English
